When will I get my order?

Digital downloads, courses, and design tools will be available to you as soon as your payment is processed.

Where will my order ship from?

You will not be shipped an actual product. All purchases are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.

How are your products made?

I design all my images in Procreate. I start with a sketch and go from there.

What size are your designs?

Most of my designs are 10 inches by 10 inches unless the design calls for a special size. DPI is always 300.

What's your return policy?

I don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please reach out to me.

Can I exchange an item?

I'm so sorry, but I don't offer exchanges.

Can I print transfers using your designs?

Yes! I consider transfers to be physical products.

Do I need to purchase a commercial license to print your designs?

A commercial license is included in the purchase of the designs.

Can I use a third party to print your designs?

You may use a printer of your choice with the understanding that all rights remain with Three Gents and a Meme a may under no circumstances be printed for someone other than the person who purchased the design. This means the printer may not print or use the design. If they want to print the design for their own use or for that of their customers, they must purchase the design themselves.

What are the Terms of Use for the digital products?

When you purchase a COMPLETED DIGITAL DESIGN from ThreeGentsandaMeme, you can use it on any physical item you wish to sell as many times as you want. You MAY NOT sell the file as a digital product in any form. This means it MUST be used on an actual ITEM you are selling (shirt, mug, tumbler, stickers, bags, transfers, etc).

You MAY NOT alter the product in anyway. This means, even if you change the color or add/take away from the image, you still can't claim it and sell it as your own or as a digital file.

When you purchase a PROCREATE COURSE from Three Gents and a Meme, you may not share the course or tools included in any way. You may use the tools included in the course to create your own designs to sell digitally or to put on physical products.

When you purchase any DESIGN TOOL such as Procreate Brushes or fonts, you may not share the tools in any way. You may use the tools to create your own digital products to sell or use them on physical designs.

When you purchase and ELEMENTS DRIVE from Three Gents and a Meme you may use the elements to create and sell your own digital designs as long as YOU ADD other elements/wording to create a UNIQUE, finished design. There must be at least a 50% change. These elements cannot be sold by themselves. Finished/completed designs created using design elements can be used on physical products as well as sold as digitals. This includes using the word art and outline letters. You may fill the outline letters and sell them digitally as well.

 

Do you do custom orders?

I do open spots for custom orders when I have availability. Please reach out to see if I am accepting custom orders at the time. Custom orders take 7-10 business days to complete.
